Does cosmetic tattooing hurt?
Topical anesthetics are used to maximize your comfort during any cosmetic tattooing procedure, however pain tolerance varies from client to client. Receiving the procedure during your menstrual cycle may increase your sensitivity. Failure to follow pre-care can result in more swelling and bleeding.

How long will my cosmetic tattoo last?
Cosmetic tattooing is considered "semi-permanent" as it does not wash away, however pigments are designed to fade over time. Factors such as skin type, pigment color (lighter colors fade faster), products used on the skin, and sun exposure can affect the rate at which these pigments are broken down. For best results it is recommended that you follow our aftercare instructions and touch-up your tattoo every 1-2 years. All brow tattooing techniques require a minimum of two sessions. Touch-ups are normal and expected for cosmetic tattoo procedures.
*Please note that final results cannot be guaranteed as everyone retains and breaks down pigment differently and a follow-up appointment is recommended at 4-8 weeks where we can asses your pigment retention and make any changes necessary. People with lighter hair, correction work or sparse eyebrows may require more than one follow-up to reach their desired look at an additional cost.

What factors will affect my cosmetic tattoo?
-
Bleeding during the procedure: Excessive bleeding during your procedure will greatly affect how your body retains pigment. While this is not entirely in our control, it is important that you follow prep instructions to help minimize bleeding. This includes avoiding blood thinning medications, alcohol and caffeine before your procedure.
-
Smoking: Smokers may notice that their tattoo will fade faster
-
Sun exposure: Increased exposure to the sun will cause premature fading.
-
Color of pigment: Lighter colors fade more quickly than darker colors.
-
Skin Care Products: Exfoliating products (typically for Acne or Anti-Aging) will cause pigments to fade

Do eyelash extensions hurt?
Eyelash extensions should not hurt when applied correctly. They are applied with professional tools by isolating one lash, and adhering one extension to your natural lash for classic lashes or fans for volume lashes. Most Lash Artists put on under eye gel pads to prevent discomfort and aid in application. It is important to go to a trusted Lash Artist who was certified through a reputable course as this will ensure that they are applying the correct weight and length of lashes to your natural lash.

How long do eyelash extensions last?
Most eyelash extension adhesives have a bond time of anywhere from 4-8 weeks. However, they will only last as long as your natural lash does. Like all hair on the human body, your eyelashes grow in stages. It is normal to lose 1-4 natural lashes per day which is why a fill is recommended every 3-4 weeks

Can I wear mascara with my eyelash extensions?
Yes you can! However, it is recommended to use an oil free mascara that is extension safe. This will make it so your mascara does not interfere with the bond of the eyelash extension adhesive or cause early separation

What is the information about Tooth Gems?
Tooth Jewels are non-invasive; they don’t damage the tooth or enamel and are semi-permanent. The adhesive is the same as what a dentist uses to put on braces . The Tooth Gem's we use are 100% real Swarovski Crystal. Tooth Gem's can last anywhere between four months to a year. If you are ready to remove your Tooth Jewel before it naturally falls off, it can easily be removed at your next professional routine dental cleaning. Once your Tooth Jewel does fall off naturally, there may still be some residual adhesive left on your tooth. This too can easily be removed at your next professional routine cleaning. If you use tooth whitening strips, the area under the Tooth Jewel will not receive the whitening treatment while the Tooth Jewel is on.
Tooth Gem's must be placed on a REAL or FLAT tooth. If you have a tooth that is false, crowned or capped the Tooth Jewel glue will not adhere to the false tooth.
